Delivery times begin counting from the payment confirmation. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day. Deliveries are made through:
- Authorized NovaTecnica personnel
- Courier and shipping services, depending on the customer's location
The general shipping policies are as follows:
- Shipping costs are included in the total price listed in the online store.
- It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of purchase.
- If the customer is not present at the delivery location, an additional fee will be charged for a second delivery attempt, either to the same address or to a designated pickup point.
- The customer must inspect the product upon delivery. Once the delivery is signed for, no claims related to the shipment condition will be accepted.
- Delivery times vary depending on the location and will be visible in the order status.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be extended, depending on product and carrier availability.

Orders placed through NovaTecnica's online store cannot be cancelled unless there is a proven error in the transaction attributable to a technical system issue. No cancellation requests will be accepted after 11:59 PM (GMT-5) on the same day of the purchase.
